#PERFIT Me Campaign Proposal(My Role: Account manager)

My group (5 people in total) were tasked to build a promotional campaign for a product of our choice.

We did our competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, target market analysis as well as finding suitable promotional tactics, doing up a media schedule while keeping a budget of $150k.

This project went on for about 16 - 18 weeks.

I took on the role of the account manager (group leader) and was in charge of managing the team, making sure that we are on task and that our work is of quality. I was also in charge of making the the final decision for the team, but I learnt that group discussions must be made so that everyone can input their ideas.

 

It was difficult to coordinate all the different aspects of the project into one presentation and thus as account manager, I learnt to communicate and understand my teammates well by constantly checking up/keeping up with their progress. Additionally, I learnt to express my ideas and give constructive feedback so that we can improve as a team.

I was largely involved in the media schedule and budgeting as well, and through this, I learnt to be detail-oriented and to always double check information (in this case, the prices of advertisements) so that we could calculate the budget accurately.

How we worked?

As the account manager, my creative and art director would show me different drafts and I would give my input on improvements. I will then hold discussions as a team, for the other members to give their opinions as well. To make sure that I could understand their work better, I drafted out our first poster, so that I could understand what are the difficulties and challenges they would face.

Ctrl Alt Del Campaign Proposal (Anti-smoking campaign)

Slogan : 'Spark you interests, not your cigarettes'

My group (6 people in total) were tasked to propose a digital marketing campaign for a past campaign 'Ctrl Alt Del'.

We came up with many offline and online tactics as well as creative collaterals to promote the campaign on the different social media platforms while keeping a budget of $30k.

As an assignment, I was tasked to create an EDM mockup for a chosen local business to promote an item.
